The focus of our website, Haunted House Games, will be somewhat different from what most might be searching for. While some searchers and websites are focused on the video game market, we will focus our attention on the types of activities, or games, that go on, or could go on, in haunted houses, be it seances, ghost hunting and use of dowsing rods or divining rods, pendulums, Ouija boards, or mirrors and the like.
Of course, that’s not to say that we won’t point out a cool game here or there! We also won’t hesitate to point our visitors to interesting games and accessories we find for Halloween parties and other types of costume parties, as well as macabre decorations and ideas! If something is cool, we’ll be the first to share it.
However, the mission of this site really will be to explore, report, and educate its visitors regarding the supernatural and paranormal. We do not encourage or endorse the practice of anything illegal or satanic, desecration or disrespecting of the dead, or anything else that might be considered dangerous.
Probably the best place to start would be the history of hauntings, haunted houses and haunted house games, which we’ll cover in our next post.
